The approx. 65 m² large holiday apartment with a floor height of 3.20 m has a living, dining room, a bedroom with sitting corner as well as a bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine). The bedroom (in south direction) is equipped with a double bed, the living/dining room (in west direction) with a 140 cm wide high-quality and easy to use transformation sofa, which offers sleeping possibilities for 2 more persons. The kitchenette in the living and dining room is equipped with stove, oven and refrigerator. Water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea are also available. Via the bedroom the guests reach the outside area of the house, where a small terrace is available for their exclusive use. Bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer are available. The apartment is equipped with WLAN and TV. Ironing board, iron, high chair and travel bed are available on request. A dryer for free use is located in the basement.
