About me
Since 1996 I have been living with my family in the charming Wilhelminian style villa in the Neckarhalde. We still appreciate and enjoy the charm and the generosity of the house and the very central location. Since April 2017 we have been renting the newly renovated ground floor and 2 apartments in the basement as holiday apartments to guests.
Further information
From 1 January 2026, the university town of Tübingen will levy an accommodation tax of €2 per person per night.
This tax is payable on site and should be paid in cash, in the correct amount if possible, when you check out of the apartment.
